Shipments are processed within 1-3 working days and deliveries should be expected within 3-7 working days. Factors that may delay your item include location, bank holidays and whether your item is currently in stock in our warehouse or on the shop floor. 

  Terms & Conditions of Returned Merchandise

Please carefully read our Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.

Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to must be in the same new condition as they were received. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full refund. Nothing should be taped to the box. Items must be sent back inside the box received in, if in good condition, or a similar box to prevent any damage. Do not put your shoebox in an envelope (UPS envelope for example) or simply tape up your shoebox and put an address on it. This will destroy the box and thus will not be accepted back for return. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in its original condition. Returns not accepted will be  shipped back to you at your cost.

Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on we cannot take them back. The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in! This is the best packaging to use for returns. Shoes or bags that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable. Bags and wallets must have all the tags still attached and have not been used or damaged in any way. We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment.

Important note: Items found labelled as Vintage may have slights marks or smudges. These items are not pre-owned but they are from previous seasons, therefore sign of wear or ageing of leather may occur. 

  Return Process

Let us know within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Customers who are subscribed to our website can simply login to their account and click on the ‘orders’ page, here you’ll be given the option to request a return. Please leave a message explaining why you’d like to send your item back. This will greatly speed up the process. Customers who aren’t registered with Spinnaker can send an email to with the following information: order number, order date, full name, daytime contact number, item) and give a brief and accurate description of the problem. Once your information has been received we will send you your return shipping label and a refund invoice.

For Non-EU customers, as of 20.01.17 customers who wish to send items back will be charged 30€ per returning item. This cost will be deducted from your total refund when we receive the parcel and the goods have passed through quality control.

  Refund Period

We will issue a refund notice to PayPal within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

  Additional Customer Information May Be Required

Sometimes the Authorities (such as US Customs) may ask for additional information before releasing the package to the customer. If customers refuse to give the information requested the package can't be delivered and it will be sent back to our offices. In this case the shipping costs and duties will be charged to customers.

  Return Shipping Charges

It is important to note that postage fees will be made payable to the customer if the refund is requested due to an error in the ordering process eg.wrong size, wrong color, etc. will pay the postage fees if the item arrives to the customer damaged in any way. Depending on stock availability, we can simply exchange the item, if not we will offer a full refund for unwanted items.


Return shipping cost is calculated by the actual return shipping cost with UPS. This ranges between 10-50€ depending on where you're shipping from.
